Zupaco Return & Refund Policy

At Zupaco, we believe in customer service and therefore we have customer oriented return policy.

Returns

For any return request, please send an email to returns@zupaco.com along with image or video clip of defect within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Why do we need image or video?
Because it will speed up the return process. We check quality of each and every item before dispatch, however sometimes due to human error we may miss out on a defect. The defective product is of no use to us as well as our customers, therefore we need images or video clip so that rather than spending cost on getting the item back we resolve the issue quickly after checking the image.

Refund or Replacement

If a customer reports any defect with product within the specified time, we dispatch replacement if it is possible to resolve the defect. In case we are out of stock or we cannot replace the item due to various reason, we offer refunds to customer or give them option to choose an alternate product.
Important Note: Refunds are easy and quick in case customer has paid for the product online, because in that case we simply have to send instruction to our secured payment gateway to reverse the transaction. It takes 7 working days to complete the refund after it is authorized by our returns team.
For Cash on Delivery orders (COD) Refunds are time taking process because post authorization, we need to get customer account number, add it to our account for money transfer and the finance team process the refund. It takes 15 working days to complete refund for COD order post authorization.
Refunds or Replacement are not processed for wrong product ordered by customer as all our products are printed when order is placed on our store.
Example: If a customer has LG G3 and he/she orders for LG G3 Stylus, which does not fit on the phone, then the customer is not entitled to get refund / replacement. Similarly if a customer has Samsung Galaxy J7 2015 and he/she orders Samsung Galaxy J7 2016 or any other model, we will not be able to process refund or replacement in that case.
